Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to physical sample kits purchased directly from Detoxificationbi through correspondence initiated on detoxificationbi.ddd.

Time window

You may request a return within thirty (30) days of delivery unless a signed agreement states a different period. The request should include your order reference and a short description of the issue.

Condition

Items should be unused and in original packaging when possible. We inspect returns to confirm condition before processing a refund or exchange.

Shipping costs

Unless the return results from our fulfillment error, outbound and return shipping may be your responsibility. We describe expected charges before approving a return label.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where technical constraints allow. Processing may take several business days after we receive the goods.

Digital materials

Downloadable documents, if offered separately, may not be eligible for refund once accessed. That limitation will be stated at checkout.
